Article 4: AGM approved plan of profit distribution 2013:

-  Profit before tax: -VND57,922,010,665

-  Estimated tax in 2013: VND390,247,362

-  Profit after tax in 2013: -VND58,312,258,027

-  Profit after tax of parent company: -VND58,852,919,555

-  Business result in 2013 was loss, so the company did not pay dividend, distribute funds and remuneration of the Board of Directors and the Board of Supervisors

-  Article 5: AGM approved the choose of Southern Auditing and Accounting Financial Consulting Services Company Limited (AASCS) to audit financial statements in 2014

Article 6: This resolution takes effect from April 25, 2014.
