Saigon General Service Corporation announced to establish OTOS JSC and Da Nang Son Tra Investment JSC. Charter capital of OTOS JSC is VND2.472.000.000. Charter capital of Da Nang Son Tra Investment JSC is VND84 billion. Capital contribution rate of SVC in OTOS JSC and Da Nang Son Tra Investment JSC is 93,53% and 98% respectively.
