Hanoi Investment General Corporation announces that the second Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2014 of the Company, which was going to be on 25/06/2014, did not take place as planned because participants were 19 representing 2,022,197 shares (6.23% of voting rights which is less than 65% as required).
