HTB: Requested for explanation by HNX

On 21/04/2014, Huy Thang Construction JSC- HTB stock has been under temporary trading suspension because the company continues to violate the regulations on information disclosure on stock market after stock has been put under supervision. Besides, the company has not solved the cause for which stock has been put under supervision.

However, on 16/06/2014, the company has not overcome the violations of information disclosures; especially the company did not publish Financial Statement for year 2013 (audited).  According to Point m, Item 1, Article 60, Decree 58/2012/NĐ-CP dated 20/7/2012 by the Government, ILC stock is under the delisting case.

HNX requests the company to explain the reason and give solution to overcome the current situation by 19/06/2014 at the latest.
