On June 26, 2014, Thach Anh Binh Minh JSC began construction of adobe brick factory with the total value of VND165,7 billion. This factory is expected its operation in early 2015. Thach Anh Binh Minh JSC is the project cooperated by Hoang Quan Consulting – Trading – Service Real Estate Corporation and Tran Thai Real Estate Co., Ltd.
