2)     Name of owner: Hoang Huy Investment Services Joint Stock Company

3)     Charter capital: VND220,000,000,000 (Hoang Huy Investment Services Joint Stock Company contributed VND100,000,000,000 in the charter capital).

4)     The BOD assigned Do Huu Ha as its stake representative in Hoang Hiep Construction Investment JSC
