EMC: Appointment of BOD members

ThuDuc Electro Mechanical Joint Stock Company announced new appointment as follows:

-         Mr. Nguyen Minh Quang was appointed as Chairman of the Board of Directors in place of Mr. Vo Van Bien.

-         Mr. Bui Phuoc Quang was appointed as Director in place of Mr. Vo Van Bien in term 03 years.
