Duc Long Gia Lai Investment and Development of Public Project Service Joint Stock Company approved on 13/06/2014 as follows:

Article 1: Authorize Mr. Do Chien Dau – the Right of Manager of the Company to run all business activities at Duc Long Gia Lai Station replaces Mr. Le Hong Ngoc – Manager of the Company

The authorized time: from 13/06/2014 until other decision replaces this authorization

Article 2: This resolution goes into effect on date of signature

Article 3: Directors of BOD, Members of Management Board, Chief of Departments and Mr. Do Chien Dau, Mr. Le Hoang Ngoc take responsibility to perform this resolution
