The BOD of TMT Automobile Joint Stock Company approved some contents as follows:

-        Appointing Mr. Bui Van Kien as member of the BOD, in place of Mr. Do Manh Tuan.

-        Changing Bus and Car plant to Bus Automobile – TMT JSC.

-        Authorizing CEO to implement new salary policy.

-        Authorizing CEO to pay interim dividend by cash in Q1, Q2/2014.
