Gia Lai Cane Sugar Thermoelectricity Joint Stock Company announced the Board Resolution No. 06 dated May 16, 2014 as follows:

-         The Board of Directors approved to offer 900,082 new shares which were refused to be bought in the issuance – phase 2 to Mr. Nguyen Thanh Ngu – CEO at VND10,000/share

-         Time to deposit money to buy shares: before May 27, 2014.

-         According to Minutes of the BOS dated May 16, 2014: Members of the Board of Supervisors (BOS) agreed to appoint Mr. Bui Ta Khai as Head of the Board of Supervisors in term 2012-2017.
