SDY: Result of 1st AGM, Time and Place for 2nd AGM

Song Da Yaly Cement JSC announces that the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2014 of the Company, which was going to be on 06/05/2014, did not take place as planned because participants were 51 representing 2,488,500 shares (55.3% of voting rights which is less than 65% as required). The 2nd AGM will be held on 10/05/2014.
