PPE: Explanation for difference of profit after tax in Q1/2014 year on year

Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company announced explanation for difference
of profit after tax in Q1/2014 year on year as follows:

Total profit after tax in Q1/2014: VND
30,659,500
In Q1/2014, the Company attempted to
complete production-business plan; revenue reached VND 1,829,668,704, equaling to 179% of that year on year (VND 1,023,781,636 in Q1/2013), which
increased gross profit from sale and services to VND 548,900,610 (VND 375,762,384
in Q1/2013). In addition, with expense saving and rearrangement of organization
as well as issue of some new regulations, production-business expense was
controlled and decreased remarkably year on year. Administrative expense in
Q1/2014 was VND 439,930,789,
decreasing by 34% year on year. This
made profit before tax reach VND 30,659,500
(VND -385,407,358 in Q1/2013). HNX
