PFL: Transfer the PVFC Land Mixed Building Project at Hai Phong (Sunlight Tower)

On 06/05/2014, Petroleum Dong Do JSC approved to transfer PVFC Land Mixed Building Project at Hai Phong (Sunlight Tower) as follows:

I. Approve to transfer PVFC Land Mixed Building Project at Hai Phong (Sunlight Tower)

1. Reason:        To pay the debts for credit institutions and collect capital to supplement new business lines

2. Transferring price: The price is not lower than VND 60 billion as at the time of transferring

3. Procedures: According to the regulations of the State, in accordance with the market’s condition
