Description of the fluctuations:

Business operations:

Revenue from sales of commodities and service provision: in the period, the revenue increased
by VND 20 billion as compared to that in the same period
of 2013 (1st quarter of 2013: VND 284 billion; 1st quarter of 2014: VND 304 billion). The major fluctuations were as follows:

Revenue from
sales of Bau Thac Gian apartments increased by VND 38 billion (1st quarter
of 2013: VND 47 billion; 1st quarter of
2014: VND 85 billion).
·
Revenue from commodity sales decreased by VND 12 billion (1st quarter of 2013: VND 177 billion; 1st quarter of 2014: VND 165 billion). The main cause was the decrease in the supply
of commodities and construction materials for the Group’s basic construction in agribusiness.

Revenue from building contracts in the period decreased by VND 7 billion (the 1st quarter of
2013: VND 44 billion; the 1st quarter of 2014: VND 37 billion) mainly due to a fall in the
demands for construction of projects.

Corresponding to the fluctuations in revenues, costs of apartments, commodities and service provision in the period increased by VND 4 billion as compared to those in the same period of 2013
(1st quarter of 2013: VND 245 billion; 1st quarter of 2014: VND 249 billion). The major
fluctuations were as follows:

The costs of Bau Thac Gian apartments increased by VND 35 billion (1st quarter of 2013: VND 33 billion; 1st quarter of 2014: VND 68 billion).

The costs of apartments,
commodities and service decreased by VND 24 billion (1st quarter of 2013: VND 157 billion; 1st quarter of
2014: VND 133 billion).
·
The costs of building contracts decreased by VND 9 billion the 1st quarter of 2013: VND 40 billion; the 1st quarter of 2014: VND 31 billion).
