FCN: Change the foreign room from 49% to 31,93%

On May 28, 2014, the Vietnam Securities Depository issued letter No. 4293/VSD-DK to adjust the foreign room of FCN shares from 49% to 31,93%.

-          Effective date: May 29, 2014.
