On April 15, 2014, Vietnam Export Import Commercial Joint Stock Bank explained late disclosure on setting up Binh Phuoc branch as follows:

-  The company has planned to change its head office at Binh Phuoc Branch. The company has not disclosed the information on setting up Binh Phuoc Branch.
