4.1. According to General Mandate 2013, source to purchase
treasury shares was profit after tax. However, profit after tax in 2012 was
used to pay dividend in cash in 2012 so the Company used Investment &
development fund to purchase treasury shares
4.2. Approve purchasing maximum of 30%/charter capital
Purpose: Stabilize price on market and invest in finance
