De Tam Joint Stock Company announced the Board Resolution as follows:

Article 1: Approved to appoint Mr. Tran Duc Loi and Mr. Nguyen Chi Thanh as chairman and vice chairman respectively from 2014-2018.

Article 2: Approved the business result in Q1-2014:

-         Profit after tax in Q1-2014 was VND1.062.165 while it was VND18.325.913 in Q1-2013.

Article 3: Direction of management in Q2-2014:

-         Complete infrastructure construction at Area C of Nhon Trach – Dong Nai Project.

-         Implement social housing project in Nhon Trach – Dong Nai.
