DHG Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company announced the Board Resolution as follows:

1. The Board of Directors approved to stop activities of Board subcommittees of the Board of Directors in the term 2009-2013.

2. The Board of Directors approved to set up 03 Board subcommittees of the Board of Directors in the term 2014-2018:
