CX8: Extension of the time for purchasing treasury stock

On 16/05/2014, CONSTREXIM No. 8 Investment and Construction JSC announces the extension of the time for purchasing treasury stock as follows:
- Basing on Official document No. 103/MC8/TCKT dated 12/05/2014 of CONSTREXIM No. 8 Investment and Construction JSC on asking for the extension of the time for purchasing treasury stock of the Company.
- Basing on Official document No. 2787/UBCk – QLPH dated 16/05/2014 of State Securities Commission approving the extension of the time for purchasing treasury stock of the Company.
In order to ensure the time for purchasing treasury stock, CONSTREXIM No. 8 Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company asks Hanoi Stock Exchange to approve the extension for purchasing treasury stock of the Company from 15/05/2014 to 14/06/2014 in accordance with Official document No. 103/MC8/TCKT dated 12/05/2014 of CONSTREXIM No. 8 Investment and Construction JSC and Official document No. 2787/UBCk – QLPH dated 16/05/2014 of State Securities Commission
