CNG: The record date for the 2013 dividend payment

On April 29, 2014, HOSE announced the record date for the 2013 dividend payment in cash of CNG Viet Nam Joint Stock Company:

-  Stock symbol: CNG                              

-  Ex-right date: June 06, 2014   

-  Record date: June 10, 2014   

-  Purpose: to implement for the 2013 dividend payment in cash    

-  Dividend pay-out ratio: 20%/ par value (VND2,000/ share)

-  Payment date: June 25, 2014    

-  Place & procedure of payment:

·         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

·         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  at branch of Petro Vietnam
