CNG Viet Nam Joint Stock Company announced the report on the use of proceeds from the issuance as follows:

-  Offering price: VND10,000/share

-  Total proceeds from the offering: VND10,655,930,000

2)     Result of the use of capital:

-  All proceeds from the offering were used to develop the market expanding project.
