CIG: Announcement of Changes in Business Registration Certificate

Coma18 Joint Stock Company officially received its business registration certificate changed for the 14th time on May 14, 2014 by the Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh City. Accordingly, Coma18 Joint Stock Company announced the changes in its business registration certificate as follows:

-  The company has added 16 business lines, increasing the total to 68  business lines

-  The change in holdings of the founding shareholders due to transferring CIG shares. 

·         Mr. Nguyen Xuan Tiep transferred all of 134,400 shares or 1% via stock exchange floor.

·         Ms. Vu Thi Tran transferred all of 90,047 shares or 0.67% via stock exchange floor.

-  Capital contribution ratio of founding shareholders after changing
