Bac Giang Exploitable Mineral Joint Stock Company has informed of delaying the first annual general meeting 2014 as follows:

On April 29, 2014, the company held the annual general meeting, but Shareholders, who had right for voting, attended the meeting reach 19.20%. Therefore, the company decided as follows:
