VSC: Board Resolution

Vietnam Container Shipping Joint Stock Company announced the Board Resolution dated April 01, 2014 as follows:

Article 1: Approving the plan to sell shares of Vietnam Container Shipping Joint Stock Company as follows:

-  Number of treasury shares before trading: 166,600 shares

-  Number of shares to sell: 166,600 shares

-  Expected selling prices: not more than VND66,000/share

-  Purpose: adding business capital

-  Trading time: within 30 days after the State Securities Commission approved.

-  Trading method: order matching of put though.

Article 2: Authorizing to CEO to implement necessary procedure.

Article 3: This resolution takes effect as from April 01, 2014.
