VNM: Vinamilk to repurchase 2,990 shares from former employees

Viet Nam Dairy Products Joint Stock Company (VINAMILK) has registered to repurchase VNM shares as follows:

-          Stock code: VNM

-          Par value: VND10,000

-          Number of treasury shares before trading: 515,485 shares

-          Number of shares registered to be bought back: 2,990 shares

-          Purpose: to buy back the 2011 ESOP shares from the former employees.

-          Financial resource for the buyback: capital surplus and undistributed profit.

-          Trading time: from April 22, 2014

-          Average buying price: VND10,000/share

-          Trading method: put-through method, not via the trading floor.
