Taya (Vietnam) Electric Wire And Cable Joint Stock Company announced the resolution of the Board of Directors dated March 28, 2014 as follows:

-       The Board of Directors decided to extend time borrow $1.5 million from Indivina – Dong Nai Branch to fund the Company’s working capital.

-       The Board of Directors decided to extend to borrow $6 million from CTBC – Hochiminh Branch to fund the Company’s working capital.
