TSB: HNX notice: TSB under alert

Pursuant to Listing Regulations attached to Decision No.18/QĐ-SGDHN dated 17/01/2014, HNX announces the change in reason for putting TSB under alert:

-          Effective date: 01/04/2014

-          Reason: undistributed profit after tax on 31/12/2013 in the audited financial statement 2013 is negative.

Alert period ends when the company overcomes current situation.
