-  On April 15, 2014, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) had Official Document No.621/SGDHCM-NY to remind Thien Nam Trading Import Export Corporation to submit late disclosure on the Minutes of the 2013 Annual General Meeting.

-  Reason: Chairman of the BOD traveled abroad.
