SVC: Resolution of general meeting of shareholders

Saigon General Service Corporation announced the resolution of general meeting of shareholders as follows:

1. Approving the 2014 business plan:

-         Revenue: VND7,000,000 million

-         Profit before tax: VND90,000 million

-         Profit after tax: VND60,000 million

-         Profit after tax attributable to parent shareholders: VND44,500 million

2. Approving the 2013 profit distribution as follows:

-         Distribution for funds: VND5,942,960,843

·         Welfare and bonus fund: VND3,553,952,353

·         Remuneration for the BOD – BOS – BOM: VND612,032,313

·         Operation funds for Board of Directors & Supervisory Board: VND1,776,976,177

-         Dividend payment (12%): VND29,970,608,400

3. Approving the resignation of Mr. Le Xuan Duc and Ms. Nguyen Phuong Loan as Chief of Supervisory Board and member of Supervisory Board respectively.
4. Approving to appoint Mr. Nguyen Viet Hoa and Mr. Nguyen Thai Hoa as member of Supervisory Board from 2010-2015.
