PVV: Requested for explanation by HNX

On 31/03/2014, HNX received Consolidated Financial Statement FY 2013 of Vinaconex - PVC Construction Investment JSC (Stock code: PVV). After reviewing, HNX sees that the Company has announced operating losses for 02 consecutive years (2012 and 2013). According to Regulations on Listing at HNX, PVR stock has been put under supervision.

HNX requests the Company to explain the reason and give solution to overcome the current situation by 07/04/2014 at the latest. In case the company does not explain the reason as requested, HNX will consider to suspend the trading of PVV stock according to Item 3, Article 13 of Regulations on Listing at HNX attached to Decision No.18/QĐ-SGDHN on 17/01/2014.
