PVV: Explanation for auditor's opinion in audited financial statement 2013 (holding company and consolidated)

Vinaconex - PVC Construction Investment JSC explained the auditor's opinion in audited financial statement 2013(holding company and consolidated) approved on 28 March 2014 as follows:

In 2013, the Company reassessed the cost arising from the construction of 2 works “Road to Thai Binh Thermal Power Center” and “Phu Dat Apartment Building”, which exceeded the recoverable amount; the investor did not accept the settlement of VND 41,688,851,374. The Company considered the above amount as a loss of the construction contracts in the operating result. The final result of the construction contracts would be defined in the coming time by investor (or contractor).
