PetroVietnam Premier Recreation JSC announces change in the Management Board as follows:

-         Approving to dismiss Mr. Dao Vu Nguyen from Chair of the Board and Member of the Board with effect from 15/04/2014.

-         Approving to dismiss Mr. Le Huy Giang from Manager with effect from 15/04/2014.

-         Approving the nominating and electing Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh to be Member of the Board cum Manager with effect from 15/04/2014 and report the General Meeting of Shareholders at the latest meeting.
