PVI Holdings announces the personnel change as follows:

-         Mr. Badri Narayanan Santhana Krishnan has resigned from Director with effect from 25/04/2014.

-         Mr. Gerard Arnal Wahab has resigned from Member of Supervisory Board with effect from 25/04/2014.

-         Mr. Hussain Mohamed Redha Ali has been appointed Director in the term 2012 – 2017 with effect from 25/04/2014.
