PPI: Resolution of general meeting of shareholders

Pacific Property and Infrastructure Development and Investment Joint Stock Company announced the resolution of general meeting of shareholders as follows:

3. Approving to distribute VND106.636.339 to development and investment fund.
4. Approving the expected dividend in 2014: 10% in cash
5. Approving remuneration for members of the Board of Directors, the Board of Supervisors and Secretary in 2014: VND540.000.000
6. Approving Chairman of the BOD who concurrently holds the position of CEO.
7. Authorizing Chairman of the BOD to use financial reserve fund and 50% of share premium to deal with any damage (if any) in the operation.
