PFL: HNX notice: PFL under supervision

Pursuant to Regulations on Listing at HNX attached to Decision No.18/QĐ-SGDHN on 17/01/2014, on 31/03/2014, HNX announces that the following stock has been put under supervision:

-         Issuer: Petroleum Dong Do JSC

-         Stock code: PFL

-         Reason: profits after tax of the years 2012, 2013 in the audited financial statement FY 2013 are negative.

-         Effective date: 03/04/2014

Supervision period ends when Petroleum Dong Do JSC overcomes current situation.
