MAFPF1: Notification of fund dissolution

Manulife Asset Management (Vietnam) Company Limited has announced the officially dissolution of Manulife Progressive Fund on 05 Oct. 2014 with a process as below:

1.     Investors whose fund certificates have not been deposited: please implement depositing process at the securities firm where investors have securities accounts.

2.     Investors whose fund certificates have not been deposited and who have not any securities account: please update your information to the company at the address:

3.     The company has planned to delist the fund certificates on HOSE as of 21 Aug. 2014. After the delisted date, investors cannot trade the fund certificates. The company may cancel depositing the fund certificates before 03 Oct. 2014. Therefore, after the date, all investors whose fund certificates have not been deposited will update information to the company at the above address.
