HAI: Reminded of late information disclosure

On April 17, 2014, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HoSE) had Official Document No.654/SGDHCM-NY to remind HAI Agrochem Joint Stock Company to submit late disclosure on the Board Resolution on setting up Daklak branch and dissolution Binh Phuoc branch and the explanation for opinions of the auditor signed on November 25, 2013. HoSE requested the company to explain the late disclosure.
