DNP: Explanation for the difference in the profit in consolidated FS of Quarter IV.2013 compared to Quarter IV.2012

On 02/04/2014, DongNai Plastic Construction JSC explained the difference in the profit in consolidated FS of Quarter IV.2013 compared to Quarter IV.2012 as follows:

The reasons:

1. The profit before tax:

- The profit before tax in Quarter IV.2013 decreased by VND 1,246,137,965, equal to 21.51% compared to Quarter IV.2012. The details:

+Although the revenue in Quarter IV.2013 increased strongly compared to Quarter IV.2012, the costs also increased accordingly. Thus, the profit before tax had unremarkable change.

+ The profit before tax of Quarter IV.2012 compared to Quarter IV.2013, mainly the profit from other income gained VND 1,339,759,292 which made the profit before tax of Quarter IV.2012 increase sharply.

2. The corporate income tax: the corporate income tax of Quarter IV.2013 increased by VND 211,999,114 compared to Quarter IV.2012 because the Company enjoyed the corporate income tax allowance in 2012.

3. The profit after tax: From above reasons: The profit after tax in Quarter IV.2013 decreased by 25.74%, equal to VND 1,458,137,079 compared to Quarter IV.2012.
