Article 1: The AGM approved report of the Board of Directors on business activities in 2013 and business activities plan for 2014.
Article 2: The AGM approved report of the Senior management on business result in 2013 and business plan for 2014.
Business result in 2013:
- Net revenue: VND674.5 billion
- Profit after tax: VND30.2 billion
Business plan for 2014:
- Net revenue: VND750 billion
- Profit after tax: VND38 billion
- Dividend: 10-15%
Article 3: The AGM approved the 2013 audited financial statements.

Article 4: The AGM approved the 2013 profit distribution:
Undistributed profit after tax: VND6.07 billion.
Dividend in cash: 6%
