Cat Loi Joint Stock Company announced the Board Resolution dated April 02, 2014 as follows:

Article 1: Approving to elect Ms. Quach Kim Anh as Chairman of the BOD.

Article 2: Approving to elect Mr. Bui Tan Hoa as CEO.

Article 3: Approving the assignments of members of the BOD.

           Article 4: Approving to the record date for the last of 2013 dividend in cash:

-          Record date: April 23, 2014

-           Dividend pay-out ratio: 15%/ par value (VND1,500/ share)

-          Payment date: may 14, 2014.
