CCL: Resolution of general meeting of shareholders

Cuu Long Petro Urban Development and Investment Corporation announced the resolution of general meeting of shareholders as follows:

1. Approving the 2014 business plan:

-  Revenue: VND85 billion

-  Profit after tax: VND10,2 billion

-  Profit after tax/Revenue: 12%

2. Approving the 2013 profit distribution and the plan of 2014 profit distribution
