Article 4: Approving for remuneration of the Board of Directors, the Board of Supervisors in 2013 and plan for 2014:
In 2013:
- Remuneration of the Board of Directors: 384,000,000 dongs/year.
- Remuneration of the Board of Supervisors and secretary: 165,000,000 dongs/year.
- Bonus fund for the Board of Directors, the Board of Supervisors : VND310,000,000 in which:
Bonus fund in 2013: VND100,000,000
Bonus fund in 2014: VND210,000,000
In 2014:
- BOD Chairman (01 person): 168,000,000dongs/year
- Member of the Board of Directors (04 persons): 576,000,000 dongs/year
- The Board of Supervisors and Secretary:
- Head of the Board of Supervisors(01person): 144,000,000dongs/year
- Member of the Board of Supervisors (02 persons): 144,000,000 dongs/year.

Article 5: Authorized the Board of Directors to choosing an auditing firm for fiscal year 2014.
Article 6: Approving a plan to pay the remaining dividend of 2013:
Payment for the 2013 dividend is 10% in cash: VND1,000/share
Article 7: Approving the plan of mobilizing capital.
Article 8: Mr. Nguyen Phan Dung was appointed as a member of the BOD to replace Mr. Pham Truong Sont in the term 2013-2018.
Mr. Nguyen Duc Hieu was appointed as a member of the Board of Supervisors to replace Ms. Nguyen Dung Hanh in the term 2013-2018.
Article 9: This resolution takes effect from April 18, 2014.
