VNG: Resolution of the AGM 2014

Viet Nam Golf Tourism Joint Stock Company announced the resolution of the 2013 annual general meeting dated March 15, 2014 as follows:

-  Article 1: The AGM approved business result in 2013 and business plan for 2014:

·         Total revenue from January 01, 2013 to December 31, 2013: VND62,056,551,430

·         Total cost: VND60,620,032,071

·         Profit before tax: VND1,436,519,359

-  Article 2: The AGM approved the audited financial statements in fiscal year 2013

-  Article 3: The AGM approved report on management operating of Board of Directors in 2013.

-  Article 4: The AGM approved report on management operating of Board of Supervisors in 2013.

-  Article 5: The AGM approved to choose an auditing firm for 2014.

-  Article 6: The AGM authorized the BOD to implement projects.
