-          Purpose:           to organize the 2014 Annual General Meeting

-          Meeting date:    April 18, 2014

-          Meeting venue: Head office of Thac Ba Hydropower Joint Stock Company, 8 Block, Thac Ba Town, Yen Binh District, Yen Bai Province.

-          Meeting contents:

·         Report of the Board of Directors;

·         Report on operation of the BOD Chairman cum CEO;

·         Report of the Board of Supervisors;

·         Approval result of auditing 2013 financial report;

·         Plans for profit distribution 2013;

·         Payment of remuneration of the Board of Directors, the Board of Supervisors in 2013 and payment plan 2014;

·         Choosing an auditing company for 2014;

·         The BOD chairman concurrently holds the position of CEO

·         Approved of business plan for 2012;

·         Other relating issues;
