-         Ex-right date:                 March 24, 2014

-         Record date:                  March 26, 2014

-         Purpose: to organize the 2014 Annual General Meeting

-         Meeting time:      estimated  from April 25, 2014 to April 29, 2014

-         Meeting venue:  will be noticed later.

-         Contents:

·         Report on profit and loss in 2013, and business plan for 2014;

·         The audited financial statements in fiscal year 2013;

·         Report of the Board of Supervisors in 2013;

·         Plan for dividend and profit distribution in 2013 and plan for 2014;

·         Approval for remuneration of the Board of Directors, the Board of Supervisors in 2014;

·         Other relating issues.
