PVC: Explanation for the difference in the profit after tax in consolidated FS 2013 before and after being audited
On 12/03/2014, Drilling Mud Corporation explained the
difference in the profit after tax in consolidated FS 2013 before and after
being audited as follows:
The profit after tax in consolidated FS after audit
increased by VND 9,959,036,184 compared to the profit after tax in consolidated
FS before audit because the Corporation classified some costs, balance revenue
– internal cost price between the member units of the Corporation; and adjusted
the increase in the profit after tax aimed to consolidate the subcompany - M-I
DRILLING FLUIDS VIETNAM L.L.C, the details as follows:
- Adjust the increase in the revenue from the services of
M-I DRILLING FLUIDS VIETNAM L.L.C in amount of VND 1,075,851,429.
- Adjust the decrease in cost of goods sold at M-I
DRILLING FLUIDS VIETNAM L.L.C in amount of VND 6,440,689,355. HNX
