PRC: General Mandate of the term IV (2014 \u2013 2018)

announces the General Mandate of the term 2014 – 2018 as follows:
Article 1: Approve the report on the operation result 2013 and the term III; the
plan for term IV.
1. The operation result 2013:
- Net revenue: VND 120,640,678,588
- Profit before tax: VND 1,355,142,446
- Profit after tax: VND 1,017,440,984
2. The plan for term IV
- The average growth rate of revenue: from 10 – 12%/year
- The average growth rate of profit: from 8 – 1-%/year
- Minimum annual dividend rate: 8%

Approve the report of BOD in 2013

Approve the report of Supervisory Board

Approve the method of distributing the profit 2013. In which: the dividend rate
in 2013 was 7%
