PPC: Board Resolution

Pha Lai Thermal Power Joint Stock Company announced the Board Resolution No. 73 as follows:

-  Article 1: The BOD approved the wage fund in 2013 as VND234.462463 billion.

-  Article 2: The BOD approved the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Huu Hang as a representative of 10,000,000 NPS shares which was contributed by PPC.

-  The BOD approved to appoint Mr. Nguyen Van Tinh, Member of the BOD cum CEO, as a representative of 10,000,000 NPS shares which was contributed by PPC.

-  The BOD approved to nominate Mr. Nguyen Van Tinh, Member of the BOD cum CEO, as Chairman of the BOD of NPS until 2014 general shareholders’ meeting of NPS.
