Nari Hamico Minerals Joint Stock Corporation announced the Board Resolution dated March 19, 2014 as follows:

-       Article 1: Approving the list of objects that registered and paid money to buy unsold shares of issuing shares to increase charter capital in 2013.

-       Article 2: Approving the number of undistributed shares is 2,900,000 shares.

-       Article 3: Approving the closing date of the issue is March 19, 2014.

-       Article 4: Approving to register for additional listing and depositing of issued shares in March – April 2014.

-       Article 5: This resolution took effect from March 19, 2014.
